I love this time of year ✨ The temperature is just right—beautiful autumn sunshine paired with crisp evenings perfect for relaxing by the fire. It’s the season for cosy jackets, your favourite hoodie, and slowing down just a little. |
What’s New at NatraColl Health With the cost of living continuing to rise, I want to support you in prioritising your health without added financial pressure. For this reason, I will not be increasing the prices of my services. I will continue to cover fuel costs for mobile treatments, and as my Naturopath services are offered via Telehealth, I’m able to keep these accessible without additional fees. As a special offer for April, I’m also offering 20% off all Naturopath services, including The Nervous Reset Program. While my service prices will remain the same, please note that some product prices from suppliers may increase. I strongly believe that healthcare should be accessible to everyone, and I’m committed to supporting you on your wellness journey. Health Fund Rebates Available Did you know that some private health funds offer rebates for Naturopathy services? Depending on your provider and level of coverage, you may be eligible to claim back part of your consultation fee, making your sessions even more affordable. With 20% off Naturopath services this month, it’s a great opportunity to prioritise your health while also saving. I recommend checking with your individual health fund to see if you’re eligible for rebates. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out—I’m always happy to help guide you. |
The Nervous System Reset Blog Series – Part Three The Nervous System Reset: How to Relieve Jaw, Neck & Shoulder Tension (Simple Self-Care Tips) I’ve been really enjoying writing and sharing this blog series with you. In Part Three, I’ll be exploring upper body tension—why it shows up in areas like the jaw, neck, shoulders, and back, and how you can start to manage it with simple, supportive self-care practices. Keep an eye out for this next instalment, arriving on the New Moon, April 17th. It’s no surprise that around 99% of my clients experience tension in these areas—and I’m no exception. That’s why I prioritise regular treatments myself, so I can continue showing up fully for my clients. The good news is there are small, effective things you can do between treatments to help your body stay more relaxed, fluid, and supported. I’m looking forward to sharing these with you. |
![]() Full Moon in Libra🌑 Thursday 2nd April The Full Moon in Libra is a beautiful time to bring balance back into your life. This can be across all areas—your health, weight, relationships, home life, friendships, or even legal and personal matters. Wherever things may feel out of alignment, this is your invitation to gently restore harmony and create the balance you’re seeking. How perfect that it arrives right at the beginning of the month. Take a moment to sit under the moon, open your heart, and allow this energy to support you in creating the balance you desire. Enjoy ✨ |
![]() New Moon in Aries🌑 Fiday 17th April Aries arrives with strong, forward-moving energy—supporting new beginnings, learning, leadership, stamina, and personal strength. This is a powerful time to release fear and allow courage to rise to the surface. Step into your confidence, take the lead, and start making things happen. It feels perfectly aligned—beginning the month with balance and closing it with courage. Enjoy the ride 💙 |
![]() In the Garden 🌱 If you haven’t already started your autumn garden, now is the time to get planting to enjoy a bountiful harvest in the months ahead. There are so many beautiful vegetables to choose from this season. You might like to plant tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, silver beet, and capsicum. Other great options include beetroot, radish, beans, eggplant, zucchini, cabbage, broccoli, onion, and garlic—so many delicious choices. A gentle reminder to plant only what you need, so nothing goes to waste. Happy gardening 🌿 |
March On for Soldiers – FundraiserUnfortunately, I didn’t reach my fundraising goal. Many participants have shared that this reflects the current financial pressures so many people are facing right now. That said, it’s not too late to donate—every contribution, no matter how small, truly makes a difference. Many veterans live with ongoing physical and nervous system challenges following their service. Supporting organisations that provide care, rehabilitation, and mental health services is something that deeply aligns with the work I do every day. You can learn more about March On for Soldiers here. Thank you for standing alongside those who have served. |
