While I do love the warmer months, there’s something so refreshing about a cool breeze under a softer sun. A shift in season invites a shift in rhythm.

New Moon

March On for Soldiers – Fundraiser


This March, I’ll be taking part in March On for Soldiers, walking 96 kilometres across the month to raise funds supporting the health and well-being of Australian veterans.


Service runs through both sides of my family, and my brother is currently serving. Because of this, the cause holds deep personal meaning for me.


Many veterans live with ongoing physical and nervous system challenges following their service. Supporting organisations that provide care, rehabilitation, and mental health services feels especially aligned with the work I do every day.

I hope you enjoyed Part One of the blog series and were able to take at least one small gem that made a difference in your day-to-day life.

Truthfully, I can’t think of many people who sleep well all of the time. I’m a light sleeper myself — and I’m genuinely stoked when I sleep straight through. It always feels like such a treat, and I know the next day will flow with ease.


Quality sleep is a game-changer. It influences mood, hormones, energy, digestion — everything.


In this next article, I’ll explore why sleep can become disrupted when the nervous system is under stress, and how to gently restore deeper, more restorative rest.

Tuesday 3rd March


A powerful time for purification, cleansing, and gentle detoxification — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Virgo energy invites refinement. But rather than leaning into perfection, this is an opportunity to release it.

Let go of the need to have everything “just right” and make space for creativity, softness, and flow.


The Full Moon carries abundant energy, and many of us feel it.

Sleep can become lighter. The mind is more active. Emotions amplified.


Instead of resisting it, I find it’s easier to embrace it.

Step outside. Sit beneath the bright light above you.

Slow your breath. Unclench your jaw. Soften your shoulders.

Let your body feel safe in the rhythm of the cycle.

When you find the connection with the Full Moon, you will find the calmness within it.

It’s time for completion.

A time to bring your dreams into reality, to trust your intuition, and to let it all flow.


Pisces invites you to soften, surrender and release.

The cooler weather makes gardening far more enjoyable.


If you planted last month, you may be starting to see new growth — there’s something deeply satisfying about nurturing food that will nourish your own body.


If you have root vegetables in the ground, they should be ready to harvest around mid-March.
