Autumn is upon us. The warmth and long light-filled days are gently retreating. It’s a beautiful time to simplify, to slow down, and to bring nourishing seasonal foods back onto our tables. While I do love the warmer months, there’s something so refreshing about a cool breeze under a softer sun. A shift in season invites a shift in rhythm.
